This was taken out around Iona beach, actually from the sewage waste treatment plant
I just thought the trees were kina nice infront of the setting evening.
this is an incredible shot mate....everything in it is right one the composition, colors and reflection are amazing. a truly incredible capture. so many details. I love how you captured the setting sun..it sould be a poster and you wonder why I look up to you
When I look at this I remember how when I was little, at the end of every summer I would take a glass bottle outside, and "fill it with air" so that during the winter I could still have some summer air, if only just a little bit. It's that idea of capturing summer forever, and you've done it beautifully here. The sunset is gorgeous, and with the clear cloudless sky its so simple and peaceful. The sun shining through the trees and reflecting on the water looks so awesome, I really like how you've put that off to the side and balanced it with the mountain on the right instead of just centering the sun. My favorite thing though, are the silhouettes of the grass in the foreground, they just add that extra little something, and make it feel so much more reflective of summer because of it.
Thank you so much for the wonderful comment I think I might actually blow it up maybe to an 8x12 or atleast a 5x7 - we'll see. I'm totally re-doing my room so when I get it painted and with all the new furniture set up and all, I'm gonna be doing a lot of framing of some of my stuff hehe. Thanks again and I apprecaite the

Aww, that sounds so neat about what you did with capturing the summer air. I love that Thanks for sharing!
That's funny you should mention the grass in the front as your favourite thing, I wasn't really focusing on that when I took the shot but I'm happy it did sneak its way in there now
Thank you for such a thoughtful comment, means a lot
